Hello there!
I’m Emily, a book lover, communication’s director, pastor’s wife, mom of two, and amateur home renovator. My husband and I are Southern California natives who now call the capitol region of New York home and, despite my dislike of winter, we love living on the East Coast.
Aside from this little corner of the internet where I create book flights and write about other bookish pursuits, I am a book reviewer for Club 31 Women and was a regular contributor for Kindred Grace (until I had kids and couldn’t muster the emotional or mental energy to write about anything but books).

Hi cousin and sister in Christ! We have never met, but it sounds like we have a lot in common. Cool blog; I look forward to seeing it progress.

Thanks Andrew! Always good to know people are in the same boat as you :) God bless!
Having you in Timothy’s life and in our family is like seeing God’s gift and prayer response walking around on two legs.
Your definitely have a way with words, Gramma Jean! I love being part of the family!
This is great! Love to hear from you guys. God has plans for you and I garantee there great!
Thanks Chuck! Too bad Idaho isn’t closer to Summit Lake…
I am also from Northern Idaho and miss that beautiful slice of country very much. I haven’t lived there for 10 yrs since I married a military man. We are now exploring Europe together with our 2 beautiful children. Enjoy N. Idaho!!
Having read your response to my post in the WCCbloggers FB group and clicking around both of your blogs a bit, I think we should be friends. :) Love your writing and am looking forward to getting to know you via your writing!
I just scoured your blog and Pinterest boards. We should definitely be friends :) You’re in Washington, right?
Yes ma’am! Not that you would know off the top of your head, but it’s right in my blog name – 98201. ;) Everett, WA…30 miles north of Seattle. I still haven’t gotten around to writing up the blog name’s full backstory but I will eventually I guess…
